Student Complaints Policies

This present policy concerns student complaints rather than academic appeals. CFS recognises that complaints may be made by individuals or, in some circumstances, a group of students. CFS will aim to resolve any complaints in a timely way and bring matters to a conclusion as speedily as possible.
